First skyscraper of the Iberian Peninsula (38m tall), designed by Antonio Tenreiro y Peregrín Estellés. it was built between 1922 and 1925. The base is made of granite and the rest was built using reinforced concrete. It was recently cleaned (making the difference between these two materials a lot more obvious) and this asset is made as it currently looks.

You can remove the sign on top by simply changing the name once you plop it in your city. To restore the sign, restore the original name
