Description:

A 14×10 low-density (RICO) commercial. Employs 50, otherwise the stats are pretty much what you’d expect.
This is the generic version, so you can plaster whatever you want on the walls. Based loosely on the Two Rivers Plaza in Bolingbrook, Ill.

Had a lot of fun texturing this building! : D

Tris here are 4,213/254 and textures are 1024×2048/256×256.
