Description:

The asset is based on a real-life building in The Netherlands and serves as an educational building, since high school students follow the course Physical Education in the building. In reality, the interior consists of two times three sections with a total capacity of roughly 200 students. The building is the second of (probably) two gym halls that are part of a city I’m building and I chose this one as one of the first assets to create since it is relatively easy to model. In case you think this building looks boring; it is just what it looks like in real life.

In the future I will add more screenshots. If you happen to find bugs or experience problems with this asset, please let me know. Version without a sign:
