** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings (You may think toilets are not part of the high street, well they are where i come from), so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams. This asset is actually based on some bogs near me in my local town [www.google.co.uk]

These toilets have reasonable toileting stats (if you feel i should alter them then leave a comment below)

Well not technically, but it will look better with them. I’ve added them to the required items.

• 842 Tris
• 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Spec, Colour)
• Custom LOD (86 tris)
