SPB 19th Century office building
This asset was created by me long time ago for Cities XXL.
Based on an classical style office building located in SPB.
In the CS it is a unique building. Use RICO to convert it to an office or what ever you want and find it to plop it.
The size is 7×7 cells.
About model:
main mesh – 4078 triangles
lod – 754 triangles
Has all maps (512×1024 and 256×512).
