Tracey Towers
Tracey Towers is a brutalist high rise residential complex located in the Northwest Bronx, New York City. It consists of two almost identical towers of 38-40 floors. Built in 1972 right on top of the trainyard it was planned as a luxory condominium, but was later converted to subsidized housing.

These buildings definitely create a strong dystopian and post-cyberpunk vibe, especially as they are in rather poor condition. But the overall design is very unique and bold: the floors have a weird star shape surrounded by 9 massive concrete tubes, and everything is clad in "corduroy concrete".
Despite the plural name this asset only includes one tower, because the other one is almost identical.
I also didn’t touch the foundation, it’s much easier to recreate it in-place with some elevated roads and quays. Also this will make the building less versatile.
This time I played a lot with textures to create weathered and slightly worn look. The concrete texture was quite tricky because the game doesn’t work well with sharp normal maps but I tried. I’ve also included a color map so you can repaint it to any crazy color you want.
This building was suggested ages ago, I think this is a nice addition to Waterside Plaza and Independance Plaza.
Pro Tip: You can use the Realistic Population mod to flood it with people.
