Pack of 4 houses modeled after Victorian buildings found in New Zealand.
These are mid-sized houses typically found in suburbs of larger cities like Auckland, Wellington or Napier. More buildings will follow in the upcoming weeks.
They are very common in New Zealand and Australia and show many common Victorian ornaments, making them perfect for any city with Victorian heritage.
Typically, the houses are found in the older areas of large and small cities. All buildings have an added rear annex, as originally the buildings were built without bathrooms and kitchens. As materials, predominantly wood and corrugated metal were used as these were the most commonly available and affordable materials.
Today, original Victorian houses are very fashionable and often retrofitted. Despite their good reputations, Victorian houses are subject to leaking and known for their bad insulation, but hey, that didn’t really change in the following generations 😀
Works as a normal growable, nothing fancy.
