This is my hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina which has a population of about 460,000 in 143 square miles. Its the capital of the state of North Carolina and the largerst anchor city of the Research Triangle Region (approx. 2.1 million). The map is a 1:1 scale (18km) from terrain party. It includes the downtown area, NCSU (most campuses), Five Points, and the industrial type areas in the southern section of the city along Tryon Rd in the 25 main blocks. The 81-tile area includes all of the beltline, Midtown, Crabtree, Crossroads, and Garner areas. Some areas already contain districts but otherwise this is just of the transportation infrastructure. This is my first submission to the workshop so really checking how this goes. I’ve got more maps with plans for many more. Also, would appreciate tips, constructive critisism on how to get better, Thanx.
