Three Tower Project (Shanghai)
Currently being constructed in the Pudong, Shanghai District, these 180m tall 36 floor towers, give the urban sprawl of China, more parkland on top of what I have assumed to be multi use towers.
Loading screen mod will help reduce load size.
Sits on a 13×24 plot, and includes a couple sub-buildings.
The railings and a part of the pool, as well as one tower, are separate structures from the main two towers.
I had to scale the xy axis a bit from my reference photos to fit this effectively in game.

I used up the prop amounts when making this, and would have loved to place more trees, benches, garbage cans, etc. However after placing 128 props, I figured if anybody wants to customise this any further (signage,lights,more plants), you can use the above mods to do so.
I made all the textures except the grass myself, and quite happy with how this turned out.

I baked the pool and railing textures to the main building lods respectively as the rotors shader will delete them, so you’ll see them anyway~
