Only LEDs flashing around the car (Grille, windshield and rear glass)
The position of the vanilla flash effect is different for each of these "Type #1" versions.
Emergency Lights Type 2
A Strobe/beacon spawn on the roof top
The vanilla flashing effect is positioned on this object only for all "Type #2" versions.
The newers/updated BMW 5-Series Unmarked Police use Sub Meshes that activate when cars are in emergency mode (SubMesh Flag: Emergency2)
