Welcome to Inverness Scotland, capital of the Scottish Highlands. Inverness sits on the mouth of the Moray Firth and has had a settlement there for at least 1500 years. Inverness real population is currently around 70,000. Can you do any better?
PROS:

* Good air traffic
* Highway connection
* Fertile lands on the flat areas
* Good Ore and Oil Deposits
* Rail Connection
* Starting Square is in the bottom left hand corner one square in. Allows access to the sea immediately for budding commercialists and traders
CONS:
* Land on opposite side of the firth is not accessible (Sorry wanted to make sure the whole of Inverness would fit on the map)
* Map is quite steep in areas so good luck with tricky intersections!
* The starting square might limit your next square choice.
