Edinburgh with Extra Roads (City By-Pass, extra connections and outside connections) along with Rail, Ferry and Air Routes. Two basic streams for Water of Leith and the Esk. All resources including ore in Pentlands Hills and oil in Firth of Forth River (can use Terrain Editor mod to raise to ground level). Includes hill for Edinburgh Castle.
Starting Square: Leith.
NOTE: No highway off ramps so recommended to start with all achievements unlocked or use one-way roads until off-ramps unlock. Can add on request.
