Before Home Depot and Lowes home improvement stores rose to prominence individual locally owned suppliers for your plumbing, electrical, lighting and hardware needs would be present in many main street corridors around the U.S. Today they are fewer and further between.
This prop for Cardello Lighting and Electrical Supply is a 12M wide sign. Fits perfect with Smilies "Main Street 1" building asset if you want a main street vibe. In fact, so perfect I decided not to bother to create my own custom Little Italy building for it.
You could also place the sign on warehouse type assets in your light industrial areas.
This signage prop is a part of my Little Italy collection. The collection focuses on independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc..
