Built in 1886. Headquarters of Provincial deputation.

Unique Building, 2k.
It has a sunken level, so it’s possible to put it on a slope for better integration.
Plaster color can be changed with Repaint. Change the name of the asset to give it a clay tile roof instead of the slate.
