Description:

This is a modern mid-rise office building, wihich is loosely based on "Plantation Place South" in London. You need Ploppable RICO Revisited to make this asset function as intended.

If you’re using Ploppable RICO in conjunction with Realistic Population 2, make sure to disable the "Use Realistic Pop mod"-option in this building’s RICO settings. Otherwise, it will have a ludicrous amount of workplaces.
