Triangular Office (RICO ready)
This is a contemporary office block based on a building located at 40 Holborn Viaduct, London. The beige stone facade makes use of a colour map, allowing you to change its default colour to your liking with Repaint. Due to the large number of inset windows and rounded edges, this asset has a relatively high triangle count, but I made sure to include a well optimised custom LOD.
I know that it is technically not a proper triangle, but I couldn’t come up with a better name.
You need Ploppable RICO Revisited to make this asset function as an office building. Without that mod it will simply appear as a unique building lvl.2. I also recommend Move It for precise positioning.
In addition to the two prop packs listed in the dependencies, you’ll also need JK_Air_condition_V2 and JK_Air_condition_V3. I couldn’t add those to the list for some reason (probably a bug with Steam).
Final note: If you’re using Ploppable RICO in conjunction with Realistic Population 2, you’ll need to disable the "Use Realistic Pop mod" option in this building’s RICO settings. Otherwise, it will have a ludicrous amount of workplaces.
