Description:

Hemlock Harbor is a boreal-themed map set at the confluence of two rivers which empty into an immense bay. A dormant volcano to the northeast overlooks the bay, while a reservoir to the south feeds into the dense marshlands below. This area is ideally situated to offer access to all types of transit and every natural resource. While the map is optimized for 9 tile play, Mayors looking for extra challenge can take their chances with the rougher terrain found outside the central 25.
