Description:

Do you like mountains? Do you like winding rivers and sandy beaches? Do you like a custom built dam? Then this map might be for you.

A total of four rivers converge in the mountains to fill the reservoir behind the custom built dam, before the river widens and splits into a delta as it reaches the ocean.

The map is mostly vanilla with DLC, but comes with a few recommended items.

The map comes with free power, water and sewage courtesy of the dam, which is placed in the start square, so you should have a head start on creation of a bustling metropolis.

The dam provides the following:

400 MW of power
720.000 M3 of water
160.000 M3 of sewer capacity.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose not to subscribe to the one required asset (Power transformer), the output power will be significantly reduced. Green Cities, Natural Disasters, Sunset Harbor and Train Stations DLC are required for the rest of the buildings that make up the dam. The map will work fine without these DLCs but the dam is going to look a bit lacking.

** Mass Transit DLC IS REQUIRED as I like to use the two-lane highways instead of three-lane versions. The map also uses Mass Transit National Roads **

For networks to look as intended I highly recommend using both Node Controller, Intersection Marking Tool and TM:PE. Subscribe to the one-click-collection to get them all in one go.

For the visuals to look like mine, I recommend the following:

As always I recommend using the 81 tiles mod, but this is also not required.

Also a huge thanks to Bringer of Fire for inspiration and technique on how to build the custom dam, and to BonBonB for reviewing an earlier map of mine which gave me tips and feedback to create an even better map this time around (hopefully).
