Blank Harbor for the Barges mod
A simple blank ferry cargo harbor for the Barges mod – it won’t work without the mod.
It is intended for detailers who want the functionality of a barge harbor but want to create their own building on top.
A few notes:
Can act as an Industries (optional) warehouse.
The building itself doesn’t change terrain and can be, for example, moved over water. But it can be floded so make sure it’s above it.
The barges seem to always spawn oriented in a certain direction and if there are two-way ferry paths on both sides, then the barge just turns on the spot if it wants to. That looks bad, so its best to use one-way paths in the direction of the barge spawns. Build loops for turning.
The actual ferry path and car de/spawn points are close to each other because I needed it that way. But don’t be afraid of using Move It (holding alt) to move the ferry path as you want. But don’t move it too far because the barge spawn point won’t change.
