NL Gantry ELS Pack
A highway ELS pack modeled with the Dutch Gantry Standard 2011 technical drawings.
ELS stands for Electronic Lane Signalling: this pack contains the animated flasher versions.

Gameplay
The ELS are already at the correct height compared to the gantry. Use a Prop Snapping mod to snap them to a prop. You can use the “Find It! 2” mod to search for them and “Move It” to adjust heading.
Note
In real life the flashers cycle is 0,6 seconds top, 0,6 seconds bottom and then 0,8 seconds both off. This will take three frames space and to get more ELS in one texture I decided use two frames. The ingame cycle will be 0,8 seconds continuously top and bottom (two frames).
