Plattenbau IW70 P2-11 Halle-Unterplan
Hello Folks,
today I present you a very unique building from Halle (Saale). This 8 to 11 floor tower block was only built 3 times.
Its a modified version of the normal P2-11, only to be seen at Halle Unterplan.
Naming scheme:
The included building has been named after original blueprints I found.
This block has been planned and built in Halle, hence the first three letters "HAL".
"IW" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "70" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"P2-11" specifys that the "P2" prefab-standard was used, the "11" states the maximum amount of floors.

The block can be found under its name "HAL IW70 P2-11 Halle-Unterplan" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The many detailed balconies of this building noticeably inflated the Tris count, so keep that in mind.
The asset fits in a 8×3 lot size and has color mapped balconies. The building is RICO only, housing 148 apartments.
This asset shares its rather bulky texture file
with the IW76 Mittelganghaus
AND IW76 P2-11 No.1-2
Using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
