Punto Verde V.1.1
You are now the King of Punto Verde. A former Spanish colony somewhere in the vast emptiness of the pacific. Your Island is currently only connected by boat and is poor and underdeveloped. Nonetheless it has great potential.
The island has a population of 9700 spread out over some Spanish and Aboriginal towns.
The island is bountiful. It has everything you could wish for, except proper infrastructure and population.

This is my attempt to make an unconnected island playable, in COMPLETE VANILLA, though seychelles LUT and map theme is recommended. There are no scripted events, you can basically play how you want. The land and infrastructure is limit enough.
