Warning, it is 3X as long as a regular (Mega) skyscraper – it’s really like 3 buildings in one.
It serves no functional purpose.
There is also a REGULAR sized version of this building, which is 2X smaller in all dimensions.
Both buildings plus Tower 21B (both sizes) all share the same 2K texture – use the Loading Screen Mod to reduce resource consumption.
