HSOR-100 Series
The HSOR-100 series is the rolling stock of the Hisatsu Orange Railway, a privately operated rail line that runs from Yatsushiro, Kumamoto to Sendai, Kagoshima. The train is one of the NDC series of DMU (diesel) trains designed by Niigata Engineering (now Niigata Transys). The line services several rural towns and small cities, weaving through the mountains and along the scenic coastline. The "Orange" comes from the region’s native orange crops.
This train runs on narrow gauge 1067mm track so use it with a narrow rail network like Railway Narrow.
Very little documentation on this train exists so you will have to forgive me if I’ve gotten the minor details wrong. I’ve mostly gone off of railfan videos and a few other NDC models on the workshop to model the undercarriage. (Big thanks to RonSatoyan, laheugan, and inHailt.) I’m planning on releasing some different promotional wrappings down the line so look forward to those. (I would also like to make a 2- or 3-car version but the game throws errors at me when I try to attach trailers.)
HSOR-100系とは熊本県八代市から鹿児島県仙台市までを結ぶ私鉄「肥薩おれんじ鉄道」の車両である。新潟鐵工所（現新潟トランシス）が設計したDMUであるNDCシリーズの1つである。この路線は山間部や美しい海岸線でいくつかの田舎町や小都市に乗り入れています。肥薩おれんじ鉄道の「オレンジ」はこの地域の特産品にちなんでいます。
この列車はナローゲージ1067mmの線路を走るのでRailway Narrowのような線路を使用します。
この列車の資料はほとんど存在しないので間違えていたとしても許してください。足回りのモデリングは鉄オタのビデオをたくさん見たりワークショップにあるNDCの列車を参考にしました。( RonSatoyanさん、 laheuganさん、 inHailtさん に感謝です). このあと新しいのラッピングを公開する予定なのでお楽しみにしていてください。(2両や3両バージョンも作りたいのですがトレーラーを付けたならゲームでエラーが出ます)
Model is 3698 tris, 2048×1024. The LOD is 12 tris, 128×64. Contains a prop version.
The submesh also shares a texture with the main vehicle so the RAM impact should be roughly cut in half if you use Loading Screen Mod.
This vehicle uses an additive shader submesh. Installing a mod to use it is optional. If you are, I recommend Prop Anarchy over the deprecated Additive Shader standalone mod.
