Welcome sign is an asset included in my map Coos Bay. If you wish to use it independently of this map you will need move it and prop snapping mods.
It’s category is "building electricity", this was the only way I could figure out how to bury it in the ground and be able to freely adjust its elevation.
A peculiarity of the "building electricity" configuration is that it has to be placed in water! ( this at least has been my experience, I’m new at this so if there’s a better way I’m all ears!
Find it mod is probably a good idea! Place the sign in water near it’s final location, then use move it for proper positioning. You can copy or just drag the original. Page up and page down adjust elevation of course and you can use alt arrow keys for accurate placement.
