Edifício João Rique (João Rique Building) is a high rise commercial building in the Brazilian city of Campina Grande.
Located in the city centre, several establishments operate in it, such as the Rique Palace Hotel, the Headquarters of Diários Associados in Paraíba, among others.
This asset was commissioned by Bastet for his city build of San Theodoros, a fictional country located in South America. San Theodoros is a prototypical banana republic coming straight from the universe of world-famous Belgian comic series Tintin.

I’ve tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
