Belgravia Townhouse (Brick Facade) Pack
This is a variation of the Belgravia Townhouse Pack with a brick facade front and back. Each asset comes with four brick colour variations but if you use the Repaint mod the colour can be changed to any shade you like.
Belgravia is an affluent district in Central London covering parts of the areas of both the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
It was developed in the early 19th century by Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster under the direction of Thomas Cubitt, focusing on numerous grand terraces.
Much of Belgravia, known as the Grosvenor Estate, is still owned by a family property company, the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Group.
The average house price in Belgravia, as of 2019, was £16 million, although many houses in Belgravia are among the most expensive anywhere in the world, costing up to £100 million.
This asset was commissioned by Jack Boston who’s recreating London with a touch of creativity ‘here-and-there’.

I’ve tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
