toilet – equipment storage block
Simple toilet and equipment shed great for adding that little bit extra to your parks and fields. This amenity block is based off the ‘Forster Park Public Toilets’ in Perth, Western Australia
This asset is a building that shares the same stats as the ‘dog park’ in the vanilla game. I’ve added a couple of blocks of free space to the front of the building so therefore you have a little bit of room to play with as opposed to placing it directly next to the road which I find would limit its customisation. The two vent props on the roof are from the vanilla game so can easily be replaced or removed with a prop switching mod.
