Description:

Based on 17th and 18th-century dutch houses, these will be perfect for lining the shopping street of your European-style old town or adding some neighborhood commercial to your dense inner city neighborhoods!
This is a pack of four buildings with ground-floor commercial shops. There are two each brick and plastered variations: two 3-story, level 2 low-density commercial growables and two 4-story level 3 low-density commercial growables. The plastered versions are white with a dark gray/black variation and can be recolored with Repaint mod. The design is loosely based on a building at 78 Diezerstraat, Zwolle, in the Netherlands.
These have no prop decorations. They are best used with Plop the Growables mod, and are narrower than the zoning grid, so to achieve the wall-to-wall look you will need to use Move It!

This is my first release so please comment with any issues. Don’t forget to please upvote, share and subscribe!
