It is one of the most famous cities in the world. "The city of sin" was founded in 1905.
"Las Vegas Metropolitan Area" is made up of several cities and municipalities, such as Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise, Enterprise or Spring Valley, among others.

For those who don’t have "SH" dlc and like the map, you can play using legendary mod "Extra Landscaping Tools": the river can be widened enough to put classic Treatment Plants, for example, the map does not change, most of the river is outside the limits of 25 tiles.
