Camden Rowing Club
In collaboration with Wazdr I have created a Rowing Club boathouse. The building will be very complementary to the forthcoming boat pack he will be releasing. Some of those boats are placed in the screenshots Wazdr has graciously helped me with.

This rowing club was inspired by a real-life college boathouse found along the River Cam in Cambridge, UK. The boathouse is divided into two sections. One side is the modern addition while the other side is the historic building in the tudor style.
The modern addition has transparent glass on the second floor revealing a gym with a group of erg-style rowing machines. The modern addition also has an open garage so that detailers may store Wazdr’s long boat props inside if they choose. Obviously, a boat house should be placed in close proximity to a body of water. I recommend terraforming the area to be fairly flat and placing a small dock.

By request, Flatten Terrain is turned off for the asset. Because asset is to be used close to a body of water it is best if you manage your own terrain rather than have C/S inflict maximum flattening…

Invisible ceiling lamp by vilgard92 was placed on the building. I put it in required items. But the building will function fine without it if you choose.
