G57 block of flats pack
The G57 is a system of prefabricated concrete residential buildings constructed throughout Czechoslovakia from late 1950s to early 1970s.
This is a version built in Prague with the (approximate) original look and details before their refurbishments.
The pack contains 12 buildings for more variability in your builds.

Roofs can be recolored with the Repaint mod intended for slight variations of the original color, that’s why I made it slightly brighter compared to similar assets. Use Loading Screen Mod as all of the main textures are shared between all buildings. RICO settings are included to make the buildings residential high-density, use the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod for that. Buildings don’t have pavement on the ground for more free detailing and they don’t include any props apart from the door markers. Use the BOB mod to add your own props globally.
