Another workshop-free city of mine. This uses ALL commercial content at once.

Verburg is a thriving city which developed around the fishing industry but then expanded into other areas as well. Huge international airport was built to deal with the time sensitive cargo.

Extensive public transport helps to handle the traffic in this geologically challenging spot.
