Vanilla Parks Kit
If you, like me, get bored reusing the same parks over and over again, or maybe want some to fit your city’s grid system better, this might be for you. Vanilla Park Kit is a collection of parks I’ve created that are completely vanilla. Assets used are usually base game compatible; item description will indicate necessary DLCs – if any. This collection will continue to grow over time.
Dimensions given are based on grid tiles used. Some parks can be placed beside each other to give the park a ‘bigger’ but more varied appearance. Items of the same name and dimensions are different parks but similar themes.
Currently, all parks in this collection are Base Game Compatible.
This Pack can be an excellent base if using BOB mod.
I use a basic structure/formula to try to emulate vanilla stats as balanced as possible while also considering the park’s size and purpose. For this reason, I’ve given each park a "type;" plaza, featured, simple, forested, garden, district, path, etc. Type impacts those stats. For example, a plaza will cost more in maintenance and construction costs than a forested park, but it may have a wider radius of influence. Larger parks should hold more people and have higher entertainment values. And parks like an orchard won’t use any electricity at all.
Cost: type, size (Garden: 60/u, District: 70/u, Plaza: 60/u, Feature: 50/u, Forest: 30/u, Orchard: 20/u)
Maintenance: type, size
Electricity: type, size
Radius: type, size
Entertainment: size
Visitor count: type, size
All unlock at Level 3, Tiny Town.
