Hotel Saratoga
Commissioned by Bastet. This is (was?) a five-star hotel located in Old Havana, Cuba.
Build in 1880 as a warehouse, in 1933 it was converted into a hotel and in 2005 it was rebuilt almost from scratch. Only two facedes remain original. A gas explosion occurred on 6 May 2022 at the hotel, killing forty-seven people, including one Spanish tourist. It happened during construction work, so there were no guests inside, only workers. Bastet wanted to make this asset as a tribute to the victims of this tragedy.
This building has lots of tiny details, arches and curved surfaces. So the model is quite dense, but nothing too crazy.
I had to simplify some details to make this model not too heavy. I also added a nice colormap, so you can repaint it as you wish.
This asset has RICO settings and you can find it under "Tourism Commercial" tab.
The RICO mod is completely optional, the asset should work fine without it, but as a unique building.
