This Hofbrauhaus Beer Hall will provide your city a popular destination for 1 Liter mugs of german beer.

Architecturally rather than replicate a specific building I designed a mashup of features from several locations Hofbrauhaus has in the United States including Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Columbus, St Louis and the now closed Chicagoland site. I’ve been to several of these American locations and none really comes close to rivaling the original Munich experience. But in your city maybe you can capture more of that bavarian magic.

The Beer Hall includes two signage props that illuminate at night and several outdoor beer tanks. These props are already placed on the asset.

A bonus Hofbrau Street flag prop is included in the pack but not placed on the asset. That is for you to detail with. This street flag is visible in the screenshots.

For additional props to stage your own biergarten please visit my "Oktoberfest" collection. The bavarian maypole in the Oktoberfest collection is from the Newport Kentucky Hofbrauhaus and pairs nicely with this building.

They are not mandatory but if you would like the same vents and air conditioning units on your Hofbrauhaus rooftop then you would need the two items I linked in the Required Items section. "JPPO Roof Props" and "Vent Prop 3".
