Parking Pile 3×1
So you’ve built a wonky little 1, 2, or 3×1 park/business area and want to fill it out with something that connects to the corners crossroad. Yup, PARKING LOT! Problem Solved. Flattens terrain, Square placement 3×1 parking lot.
Cost $1600 with maintenance of $10. 20 entertainment with approx 125 radius. Low wealth residents like this parking, mid wealth say it’s do able. High wealth are okay with it since it’s close walking distance to the sidewalks.
Will become part of "Pile of Parking Lots" collection once I figure out how to make new collections again on steam.
(Before I could compile these 27 parking lots in Pile of Parking lots, I had a good handful of downloads, I’ll keep those up, but unlisted. The only things changed where one with its description and one with a updated title of the asset. I’m not fast enough to upload each and edit descriptions before they were viewed and downloaded. These lots are intended to be used with Traffic Manager: Presidents Edition for parking AI. I’m not sure how vanilla handles parking without adding an individual parking outline to each and every spot for a vehicle. I’ll get to testing that and let you know.)
