A set of modular parking lots for your city! This is a 1×3 gravel parking lot with invisible parking spaces on the right edge.
These parking lots:

🌅 Have terrain flattening turned ON
🏍 Have a gravel-texture background
👻 Have invisible parking spaces
You can use the parking lots as standalone assets, or make bigger lots by tiling the "Inner" lots and capping with the "Left" and "Right" lots.
Find the lots under the Parks tab. (They will show up as parks, but have entertainment value set to zero.)
