Brasserie Jules Simon.
The Simon Brewery located in Wiltz, Luxembourg. It’s a very small, family-owned business (since 1824).
Rich in its independence, the company focuses on the quality of its products and customer service to strengthen its Luxembourg roots. As a small player in a market concentrated on the national ground, Brasserie Simon occupies a niche as a craft brewer, favouring an artisanal manufacturing processes, natural and local raw materials.
