Description:

A follow up to my first 2 UK council house style plots. This is a simple semi-detached version. The plot size is 3×4 so will fit in well with the others. This also shares the same texture file as the others.

I am planning on releasing a colour variable version of this and the terraced version soon.

Tech Specs
Main model 980 tris, 2048×1024 Texture, normal and illumination (shared with previous plots)
LOD model 54 tris, 512×512 Texture and illumination
Works as a Low density residential level one. As far as I can tell it is growable.
