Tudor Revival Strip Mall
An american strip mall in typical Tudor revival style.
The main inspiration comes from the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center in Scarsdale, NY.
The Tudor revival is an architectural style that firstly manifested in the United Kingdom starting from the 19th century.
Its main goal is to bring back to life some of the aspects that were perceived as peculiar of the Tudor Period architecture (1485-1603), such as hal-timbered structures and bricks details.
Of course, nowadays, most of these elements have a purely decorative purpose and are simply applied on the facades of buildings built with modern methods.
