American Tudor Revival House Pack
The houses in this pack are based on houses in the Forest Hills Gardens estate in Queens, New York. Many of the houses are modelled on the garden communities of the UK and have aesthetics following the Tudor Revival style. The Forest Hills Gardens area is a private community that features some of the most expensive residential properties in Queens County.
Forest Hills was featured as the home setting for the comic book superhero Spider-Man and has been the original home of musicians as diverse as The Ramones and Simon & Garfunkel.
This pack has been commissioned as plain assets without gardens or other props.
These assets have been created as growable ‘Low Residential’ level 5 houses but are specifically designed to be used as individually plopped houses. The assets in this pack are easily found with ‘Find It’ using the search ‘Tudor Revival’.

Textures
All assets share the same textures.
2048 x 2048, LOD 128 x 128
All models use the same textures so if you use the Loading Screen mod the textures will be shared by all the elements and this will reduce any load on your machine.
