Palace Theatre
This asset pack contains the Palace Theatre, in game it functions as a unique building. This asset is loosely modelled off its real life counterparts found in the mining town of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

The Palace Theatre is an Art Deco style theatre built in 1939. It can be found in the mining town of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. It no functions solely as a theatre but is now widely used as a recreation area to the general public for various event and needs.
Palace Theatre asset is a ‘Unique Building’ in game with the same vanilla stats as the vanilla cinema (but halved), it has been lightly detailed with vanilla props. The vanilla props can be removed by using a prop switching/removal mod like BOB or Prop Switcher.
