Transport Irish PO Font
Includes the Irish variant of Transport Heavy. It is italics only as is true for road signs in Ireland.
The Transport typeface (see Transport PO Font) is used for road signs in the UK, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Iran, Bangladesh, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Portugal, Singapore, Spain and the United Arab Emirates.
Some countries have their own supplements, for example Greece has Greek letters added and Ireland has a distinctive oblique variant (this).
On Irish road signs, the name of a destination is written in Irish Gaelic lettering above uppercase English lettering.
This font may not be the perfect recreation of the original typeface used on Irish road signs. I created this myself, based on images of Irish road signs and used the Transport Heavy font as basis.
Open Procedural Objects and enter Text customization. Now you can choose different fonts for text fields, e.g. on blank road signs from the workshop.
