I just changed the street lights in the middle of the "four-lane road with trees" from the game from yellow to white so that the road would better match my "4L2W Monorail Trees and Parking V2" road.
Properties:

- speed limit of 50
- white street lights on the median, can be changed with the mod Network Skins
- a ground level version
- an elevated version
- a bridge version
The tunnel version is the same as the "four-lane road with trees" from the game.
