A map that starts you with trains as your only connection! The highways have been reduced to one small road. Develop a city around rail, and modify the highway and train tracks as your city grows.
All credit goes to the original creator. I just reduced the highway network down to small two lane national roads, and added a passenger and a cargo train station.
Must have Mass Transit DLC to use.
***Quirks***
The built in train stations are not selectable as they were placed in the map editor.
They can be deleted with the bulldozer tool. This allows for replacement once you have unlocked trains.
They have no recurring upkeep cost, but they do require power and water from the start.
I recommend turning on "Realistic Parking" in the Traffic Manager options to avoid cims producing pocket cars after getting off the train. This will not stop cars from appearing entirely, but it helps.
