This is a Dutch farmhouse, locally known as an Oldambster Boerderij. In this type of farm, the farming family lives under the same roof as the cattle. This type emerged in the east of Groningen and the North-west of Germany. It is also know as a Gulf House or Gulfhaus.
This asset shares textures with 3 some other assets, which you can find in this collection. When using the Loading Screen Mod, you will be able to save some MB. Combining these assets together with the Moving It! mod to make different farms in your city, as most of the times, there are multiple barns on the same farm.
