Midtown Office 6
This is the last part of my small collection of midtown offices. This one is the biggest and most interesting in terms of decorations of all of them. It’s called 345 Seventh Avenue and you can find it two blocks from Madison Square Garden. Completed in 1929 it’s a nice mix of Art Deco and Neo-Classical styles.
I recreated it more or less accurate, I just removed all the ads for aesthetics purposes. You can add your own if you wish.
As usual, all textures are shared and you can save tons of memory using the Loading Screen mod.
So, this set is officially completed. It was very fun to make, but quite difficult due to the restrictions I set. I hope you like it.
Next time I’ll create something completely different, so stay tuned. BTW, I have tons of unreleased content on my Patreon.
