“40 Wall Street, is a 927-foot-tall (283 m) neo-Gothic skyscraper on Wall Street between Nassau and William streets in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. Erected in 1929–1930 as the headquarters of the Manhattan Company, the building was originally known as the Bank of Manhattan Trust Building, and also as the Manhattan Company Building, until its founding tenant merged to form the Chase Manhattan Bank. It was designed by H. Craig Severance with Yasuo Matsui and Shreve & Lamb.”

This Pack includes a variant with the original Copper roof as well as a Gold roof variant, which is inspired by old colored Artworks of the building. The Pack also includes two different Flagpoles as Props. The shape of the building is slightly adjusted to better fit the CS grid.

-Textures: yes 2048×1024 + 1024² for the LOD, ignore the filesize, there are a lot of subbuildings with texture sharing, the real filesize should be around 6-8mb for each roof variant
