Salvation Army Thrift
Two Main Street USA style commerial low assets are included in this pack. The building was inspired by 2101 West Superior St in Duluth, MN which in the past was home to a Salvation Army Thrift family store. I mirrored the building to give players a left corner option and decorated that second asset as The Emporium Antiques. To provide maximum flexibility for detailers I have made the signage and awnings submeshes. If you rename the asset in-game these decorations will disappear and you can adorn the buildings with your own custom signage.

Given the assets share textures you will have reduced filesize footprint by using Loading Screen Mod (LSM).
The HVAC and ceiling lights for the overhangs are non-vanilla props. If you’d like them included in-game you may subscribe to the required items listed in the margin.
